PvP Dueling

A

A staple competition at the Tournament of Ages, the PvP duels pit challengers of all skill levels together to see who is the best of each class.

 

This PVP competition will be a series of one-on-one matches for DPS specializations of each individual class. Arena rules apply for spells and abilities. No potions, food, or other outside help may be used. This will be a double-elimination tournament.

Monday (Warrior, Hunter, Shaman, Druid) | 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Tuesday (Paladin, Mage, Monk, Priest) | 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Wednesday (Death Knight, Rogue, Demon Hunter, Warlock) | 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Thursday (Championship & Special Tournament) | 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 10:30 PM - 12:00 PM

Champion

  • 40,000 gold

Class Winners

  • 60,000 gold

  • $30 Art Voucher

Rules

  • Competitors must be in good standing with the RP community.

  • Both competitors will queue up for a 2v2 War Game with one other referee.

  • Competitors must accept a referee's call for a rematch if necessary.

  • Tanking and Healing specs are banned from competition.

  • Competitors must be roleplayers.

  • Competitors must be an active resident of Moon Guard or Wyrmrest Accord since May 11, 2022

  • Competitors must consent to being streamed on Twitch.

  • Competitors must exhibit good sportsmanship (i.e. no teabagging, no bannering, etc.)

  • Rank 1 Aspirant Gear of the season that is current during the Tournament
    Rank 1 (190) legendary

  • Any conduit (not much we can do about that, and some of the top tier players are using blue conduits. Gear/legendaries effect balance more)
