To ensure a safe, respectful, and well-organized experience for all attendees, we ask that all media-related activity, including streaming, journalism, interviews, or promotional coverage, adhere to the following policy:
Media Participation & Coverage

If you are a:
Streamer planning to broadcast Tournament of Ages content;
Journalist, blogger, or reporter intending to cover the event or conduct interviews;
Content creator looking to film or share event-related media across any platform;
You must connect with a Coordinator for approval.

Why This Matters:
To respect participant privacy and roleplay boundaries.
To coordinate schedules and avoid disruption of in-game events.
To ensure accurate representation of the event and its purpose (especially as a charity-driven gathering).

How to Get Approved:
Please reach out via DM to a Coordinator with the following information:
Your name and/or handle.
Platform(s) you plan to use (Twitch, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.).
Type of content (livestream, interview, event recap, etc.).
Approximate date/time of coverage.
We’ll work with you to ensure a smooth process and may provide guidelines, or support where appropriate.
Please Do Not:
Record or stream others without consent.
Use Tournament of Ages branding or logos without permission.
Portray the event in a misleading, harmful, or inappropriate way.
